Sprint training plan

I loved this training plan. I felt prepared for my race. My only genuine "issue" was that there were a few typos in regards to length of workout (time) not adding up to what was written time for bike/run brick or distance of swim exercises didn't add up to total. By no means did it hinder my training, I just second guessed my counting skills a few times. Would repeat this plan again for sure!

I am to the moon excited for the race and this plan has been a breeze as I train for my first TRI! I love the intricacy of the workouts yet they are super easy to follow. Thank you for a FANTASTIC plan. I feel ready :)
