How long does it take to process my order?

It takes us approximately 1-3 business days to fulfill, pack, and ship out orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally! There will be an additional shipping charge incurred at checkout. You can read more on our shipping & return policy here.

What does shipping cost?

U.S. Orders

Standard USPS Shipping is FREE. 

(3-5 business days)

USPS Priority Express shipping will have a flat rate of $14. 

(2-3 business days)

UPS 2nd-Day Air shipping will have a flat rate of $15.

UPS Next Day Air shipping will have a flat rate of $40.

International Orders

U.S. Outlying Islands (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Military Bases) USPS Economy International shipping will have a flat rate of $10.

Canada & Mexico USPS standard shipping will have a flat rate of $20.

All other International USPS standard shipping will have a flat rate of $25.

International USPS Priority shipping will have a flat rate of $60.

What happens if my package still hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time frame that you selected, send us an email at or you can go here and click “Where is my package” to file an inquiry with USPS.

Where is my order coming from?

We fulfill all orders from our warehouse in Santa Monica. 

Make sure to check your shipment confirmation email-this will show you all the items being sent with that particular tracking number. If your order is coming from both locations, you will receive a second shipment confirmation email with a different tracking number for your reference.

Returns & Exchanges

What can be returned?

We allow most of our items to be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original form of tender as long as the gear is:

- Clean (and yes we mean down there…)

- Unscented (including detergent)

- And with original tags and packaging

In addition, if you've inquired with us prior to making your purchase and you still aren't satisfied with your new gear, we will honor a full refund or exchange, regardless of the item. Just email us at :)

How do I process my return/exchange?

We offer free returns on all U.S. orders. You can click here to enter your order number and generate a free return label. All we ask is that you fill out the return/exchange form and include it inside your package so our team knows how to process that when it arrives to HQ!

What’s final sale?

Most of our garments are able to be returned but there are a few items that are final sale. Those include:

- Sale Outlet Items

- Donation Based Items (Ex. All Together Collection)

- Neck Gaiters

- Hats & Visors

- Socks

- Bottles/Mugs

How do I redeem my points for Coeur Cash?

First, make sure you are logged in to your Coeur account. 

Click the green Coeur Cash tab in the bottom left hand corner of our webpage to bring up the dashboard. 

Select the "Get Rewards" option in the left hand panel of the dashboard. 

From there you can select a Coeur Cash Voucher amount based on how many points you have!

*Pro Tip-Make sure you write that voucher code down and keep it somewhere safe because it will disappear once you navigate away from that page!

How long will my points be pending for?

It will take 14 days until your points become active and available for usage to account for any exchanges or returns you may have.

What happens if I didn’t receive points for one of my orders?

That’s not a problem! Just email and we’ll take care of you!

How do I receive birthday points?

First, make sure you are logged in to your Coeur account. 

Click the Coeur Cash tab in the bottom left hand corner of our webpage to bring up the dashboard. 

Select the "Earn Points" option in the left hand panel of the dashboard. 

From there you can click the "Happy Birthday" box and add your birthday so you can receive enough points for a $20 reward!

Do my points expire?

Your points will expire after 18 months but don’t worry-we’ll shoot you an email to give you a heads up before they do!

Do I get my points back if I return an item that I redeemed my Coeur Cash on?

Unfortunately Coeur Cash is non-refundable, so it’s best to use them on gear you know you are keeping!

Can I use more than one discount code on my purchase?

Unfortunately, our platform does not allow for multiple discount/sale codes to be used in a single purchase. However, if you would like to refund one of your Coeur Cash vouchers to add those points back to your account so you can redeem a bigger discount down the road, just shoot us an email at and we can refund those points for you.

Coeur's Installment Payment Program powered by Shop Pay

What type of Installment Payment Program does Coeur Offer?

Coeur is pleased to offer a "pay over time: option. It’s administered by Shopify and a company called Affirm. The service is called Shop Pay. When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the ability to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four (4) equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score. In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due two (2) weeks after your purchase.

Will using the installments feature called Shop Pay impact my credit score?

It will not. When you choose to pay in installments through Shop Pay, there will be no impact to your credit score. For Shop Pay installments, Affirm, who is the backend administrator, will not report to credit bureaus.

What are the methods of payment accepted if I use the Shop Pay option to pay in installments?

You can use debit and credit cards to make your payments on Shop Pay.

What about late fees?

There are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What happens if I decide to send something back for a refund?

If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.

If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.

If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

What's the difference between Classic and Italiana?

Our Classic and Italiana Tri Shorts are going to fit exactly the same and will both contain our award winning seamless chamois (#NoAngryKitty), but our Classic Shorts will have an internal leg gripper while our Italiana Shorts will have an external powerband leg gripper. Store Credit/Gift Cards

How do I send an electronic gift card to someone?

If you wish to send a Coeur gift card to someone, be sure to enter their email when you checkout, otherwise you can forward the gift card code that is emailed to you to the recipient. 

Can I use other discount codes with a gift card/store credit?

Unfortunately at this time, our system does not allow more than one code to be entered in at checkout. So if you have Coeur Cash or another discount code you are wanting to enter, be sure to use that in a separate transaction.

Is store credit refundable?

Store credit/gift cards are nonrefundable.
