Our Free Shipping & Return Policy for U.S. Orders
Ok, let's see if we can make this super simple. All (as in any size, any quantity, any item) standard orders from the United States are shipped Free of Charge. We ship via USPS and will email you the tracking information as soon as the order is off on its way to its new, happy home. Now you can pay for expedited shipping by selecting an option other than Free and there's a nominal charge for expedited and international orders.
How do I process a return or an exchange?
It's easy! Just click HERE and complete the page to create a Return/Exchange (be sure to put the # before your order number). Then just print your return label (it is FREE if you are in the U.S.), slap it on the package and ship the item(s) in question back to us from your local USPS.
If you are sending back multiple orders, you only need ONE return label.
If you placed an order with international shipping, just pop what you need returned or exchanged and ship back to us at:

Do I need to put anything in the return package?
Yes! Please fill out the return card sent with your order or have a note inside your package with the order number(s) and what you'd like us to do with each item. Definitely include your order number so we can find it in our system. You can find your number on your order and shipping confirmations and also on the wrap your items were sent in.

What can be returned?
Anything within 60 days for a full refund. But please make sure the tags are on and it is clean and scent-free. Otherwise you will only get store credit as long as the items aren't damaged. Accessories MUST be in unopened original packaging to be returned.
That pretty much covers it, but please shoot for the following:
- Send back within 60 day purchase period
- Please make sure original sizing and hang tags are attached
- Please be sure the garment is clean and scent-free
- Hangtags should be attached to non-defective merchandise
- All garments are subject to inspection
- Send the garment(s) to the address below (we suggest using a mailing method that allows tracking (UPS, FedEx, USPS) juuuuuuust in case it goes missing before landing in our office.
