Team Coeur is open to women of all ages, abilities, and race distances. Whether you’re training for your first sprint or chasing a Kona slot, if you value community, sportsmanship, and showing up with heart, you belong here.

We welcome all abilities, ages, athletes! Whether you are eyeing your first finish line or are a regular Kona qualifier, you belong here and will find lifelong friends here. 
We do have an elite team within the team. To make the elite squad, you'll need to have placed within the top 5 of national level races in your age group on a regular basis.

You bet! In fact, we encourage it. We have women attempting all sorts of goals in all sorts of endeavors, from Ultraman World Champions to HYROX heavy lifters.  Being on this team means you most likely will inspire someone else along your journey, no matter what that looks like.

We have team meetups and year long buddy programs to really get team members to know one another and work together to meet goals and dreams!

Yes! We are a racing team and like to represent the brand and each other on the race course. We ask that our team members race only in Coeur.
