Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! It costs a bit more but we will do our utmost to ship the gear to you in a fast and reliable matter. Please know we are subject to shippers rules and each country's customs policies.

How about expedited shipping?

All standard U.S. orders qualify for free shipping (yay!) via USPS. We do accept expedited orders for a corresponding fee through UPS. However, please note that rush orders received before 1 p.m. PST will go out the same day. Orders made after 1 p.m. will go out the next business day. For expedited orders, UPS DOES NOT reliably deliver on Saturdays. So a 2-day order placed on Thursday won't arrive until the next Monday or Tuesday.  The same is true for orders placed on Saturday. Often we are in the office to ship the order out, but just as often we are outside on our bikes pedaling through the Santa Monica mountains on the weekend. :)

If I placed my order in the U.S., how do I make my FREE return or exchange? 

Easy! Just click HERE and complete the page to create a Return/Exchange. Then just print your FREE return label, slap it on the package and ship it back to us from your local USPS. You can reuse the poly mailer the order came in for simplicity as it has a second seal strip to use for just this thing.

If I placed my order from an international location, can I still make a return or exchange?

How Long Do Returns & Exchanges Take?

We aim to turn these around as quickly as possible once we receive them. However, it can take up to 10 days after we receive your return to process it. But rest assured we'll do our very best to get you what you need as quickly as we possibly can.

Coeur's Pay-Over-Time Program called Shop Pay

I'd like to learn more about Coeur's installment payment program called Shop Pay. 

Coeur is pleased to offer this pay over time option. It’s administered by Shopify and a company called Affirm. The service is called Shop Pay. When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the ability to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four (4) equal, biweekly installment payments.  

Will checking eligibility impact my credit score?  Checking eligibility will not have any impact to credit. 

What are the methods of payment accepted if I use the Shop Pay option to pay in installments? You can use debit and credit cards to make your payments on Shop Pay.

What about late fees? There are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What happens if I decide to send something back for a refund?

If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.

If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.

If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
