The entire Coeur team is committed to encouraging other women to get going on that journey to health and fitness. This 10K run plan is one of many ways that we try to accomplish this goal. We reached out to run coach Lisa Holt to acquire this plan.  Lisa is a USATF Certified Level I Track and Field coach and has coached at the collegiate level.
